Spherion Staffing Services Receives World-Class Franchise Certification From The Franchise Research Institute For Fourth Year In A Row
Lincoln, NE (July 14, 2010) – Spherion Staffing Services, a recruiting, staffing and workforce solutions provider, has received World-Class Franchise® certification by the Franchise Research Institute® and FranSurvey®.
This is the fourth year that Spherion has received World-Class certification, which is based on an independent survey of Spherion franchisees to determine their level of satisfaction with and other feedback on the Spherion franchise system. The Franchise Research Institute conducts the survey using its proprietary FranSurvey system.
"Visionary franchise companies understand the importance of knowing what their franchisees think about their system," said Jeff Johnson, founder and CEO of the Franchise Research Institute. "And Spherion understands that unbiased, third-party research is the most accurate way to obtain honest feedback which, in turn, allows them to identify what they are doing right as well as areas they can improve."
The survey asked Spherion franchise owners to rate their franchisor through a series of questions regarding overall growth potential, quality, support, communication and other areas.
The results, according to Johnson, show that Spherion has an enthusiastic, energetic franchisee community.
“It takes a very strong franchise training and support program to obtain this high level of satisfaction," said Johnson. “Using our FranSurvey system we found 98 percent of the Spherion franchise network graded the ‘initial training and initial opening support’ supplied by the franchisor as positive. That is unequivocal feedback direct from franchisees.”
For Roy Krause, president and CEO of Spherion’s parent company, SFN Group, Inc., the results reinforce that decisions made at the corporate level are, in fact, helping franchisees build strong businesses, despite the economic environment.
“FranSurvey reinforces our deep commitment to our franchise community,” said Krause. “Not only do these surveys assure us that we have been successful in building and maintaining strong relationships with our franchisees, but they also confirm that our franchisees are receiving the right amount and quality of support that they need to be successful entrepreneurs. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results.”
Spherion joins the following companies who have received "World-Class Franchise" recognition in the past year: Alphagraphics, Auntie Anne's, Bright Star Healthcare, City Wide, CMIT Solutions, ComForCare Senior Services, Comfort Keepers, Compound Profit, Express Employment Professionals, Express Oil Change & Service Center, Fibrenew, The Goddard School, Great Harvest Bread, The Interface Financial Group, Liquid Capital, Money Mailer, Mosquito Squad, Re-Bath, Speedpro Imaging, and Spring-Green.
