CMIT Solutions receives World-Class Franchise Certification from Franchise Research Institute for the fourth year
Lincoln, NE (June 29, 2010) – CMIT Solutions, the nation’s leading provider of information technology, (IT) professional services and products to small businesses, has received World-Class Franchise® certification by the Franchise Research Institute® and FranSurvey® for the third consecutive year.
This is the fourth year that CMIT Solutions has received World-Class certification, which is based on an independent, confidential survey of CMIT Solutions franchisees to determine their level of satisfaction with and other feedback on the company’s franchise system. The Franchise Research Institute conducts the survey using its proprietary FranSurvey system.
“We congratulate CMIT Solutions not only for the outstanding scores they received from their franchisees, but also for understanding the importance of unbiased, third-party research to gauge how their franchisees rate the support and assistance provided,” said Jeff Johnson, founder and CEO of the Franchise Research Institute.
The survey asked CMIT Solutions franchise owners to rate their franchisor through a series of questions regarding overall growth potential, quality, support, communication and other areas.
The results, according to Johnson, show that CMIT Solutions has an enthusiastic, active franchisee community of which 97 percent rated the overall communication between corporate and franchisees as positive.
“Using our FranSurvey system, we also found that more than 90 percent of the franchise network would recommend the concept to prospective franchisees,” added Johnson. “That is incontrovertible feedback direct from the franchise network. Only top franchises provide this level of transparency to prospective franchisees.”
For Jeff Connally, president and CEO of CMIT Solutions, the results not only reinforce the decisions made at the home office in Austin, but assist the company in finding new ways to help their franchise network.
“At CMIT we are very inter-dependent and strongly believe the satisfaction of franchisees relates directly to the success and profitability of their business and in turn the franchisor as well,” said Connally. “So we really take the results to heart and continually make changes at the corporate level to help franchisees.”
